1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BeforeAfterFit.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Service, including free and paid tiers.

2Description of Service

BeforeAfterFit provides an AI-powered body transformation visualization service, including:

  • GLP-1 Journey Mode: Visualizations based on typical Mounjaro, Ozempic, and Wegovy weight loss patterns.
  • Healthy Face Preservation: Previews with natural facial fullness maintained.
  • Muscle Preservation Mode: Visualizations showing maintained muscle definition.
  • Loose Skin Insights: Estimations of potential loose skin based on transformation intensity.
  • Timeline View: 1, 3, 6, and 12-month transformation previews.
  • Social Sharing: Export options for Instagram, TikTok, and shareable links.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • The AI-generated images are simulations for entertainment and visualization purposes only.
  • Results do NOT guarantee any actual physical transformation.
  • The Service does NOT constitute medical advice, fitness advice, or a diagnosis.
  • GLP-1 medications (Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.) are prescription medications that should only be taken under medical supervision.
  • You should always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any medication, diet, or exercise program.
  • Individual results vary significantly based on genetics, lifestyle, medication dosage, and other factors.

4User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Tiers

  • Free: 1 transformation, 1-month preview only, 24-hour expiry, watermarked.
  • Starter ($4.99/month): 30 transformations/month, 1-12 month timeline, all features, HD downloads.
  • Unlimited ($9.99/month): Unlimited transformations, all features, HD downloads, no watermark.

Billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard Settings page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@beforeafterfit.com or contact Paddle directly.
  • Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
  • After 14 days, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6User Content

By uploading photos ("User Content"), you:

  • Retain all ownership rights to your original photos.
  • Grant us a limited license to process your photos for transformation generation.
  • Confirm you have the right to upload the photos (they are of you or you have permission).
  • Agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

We do NOT use your personal photos to train our AI models.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Upload photos of others without their consent.
  • Create deepfakes, misleading content, or non-consensual imagery.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent transformations as real.
  • Use for commercial purposes without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEFOREAFTERFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Personal injury or health issues.
  • Reliance on AI-generated content as medical or fitness advice.
  • Any decisions made based on transformation previews.

9Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
